Are kindflies products vegan?
Absolutely. We stand for nothing less.
Are kindflies products tested on animals?
Not in our wildest dreams.
Are kindflies products ethical?
Definitely. A lot of our products are certified fair trade by a certification body like Fair Trade Federation. Other products simply have smaller supply chains and we've worked with our suppliers to validate ethical trade is established.
Additions or Changes to Orders
We ship within two business days of receiving your order. You're always welcome to reach out to us (See "Contact Us") to make an addition or change to your order, but please note there is no guarantee we can do so as we sometimes fulfill your order much quicker than our two-day commitment.
Free shipping on orders over $35*.
Orders under $35 are subject to a Canada Post ground parcel rate that is calculated in the shopping cart and/or at checkout. *See 'Remote Locations' below for information on Air Stage shipping.
We ship throughout Canada, and your order leaves from Toronto within two business days. Shipments are sent through Canada Post ground/surface delivery. All orders have tracking numbers. We're not responsible for packages damaged in transport, or packages that were lost/delayed because the wrong shipment address was entered at time of purchase. Shipment within Canada is 1 - 3 days for Ontario, and up to 7 days nationally.
At this time, we don't ship to postal codes under service by Canada Post Air Stage offices.
Make no mistake - we want to work with you. Due to the perishable nature of our consumable cosmetic and food products, we do not accept opened goods. This would be things like shampoo, soap, tea, etc. We also don't accept returns on sale items or jewellery. When you receive any of the above products, we guarantee they are unopened.
Returns must be shipped back to kindflies within 7 days after receiving the order. If you're returning an unopened or other returnable product, please package it so that it arrives to us in the exact same condition you received it. Refunds and/or store credit are only issued once we are able to verify that the product meets that condition.

For products applied to the skin, we always recommend first testing the product on a small area of the skin just in case any irritation occurs, and if so, please discontinue use.
